We accept only Canadian shipping addresses for orders, excluding Yukon, Nunavut and N.W.T. We do not ship to the United States or other international locations.
All items ordered on The Nap Store ship from a location in Canada.
The shipping carrier or courier used to deliver your order varies by item and your location in Canada. In order to keep the prices in our store as low as possible, we use a variety of carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx and UPS for the best rates and most efficient delivery.
Please refer to the product page on The Nap Store website for information on the carrier used for that item. In some cases we may choose the most efficient carrier after your order has been processed.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations in Canada using different shipping carriers.
Order Processing Time
We are committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
Order processing times vary by item. Please refer to the product page on The Nap Store website for information on order processing times for that item.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, different items in your order may have different processing times, and so some items may arrive before others.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order tracking numbers are available for some items in The Nap Store. If a shipping number is available, we will email it to you as soon as possible once your order has shipped.
We have a 15 day return policy.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier address.
You must contact The Nap Store at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Return Unopened Items
You must contact The Nap Store within 15 days of receiving the item at your door to arranged a return on unopened and undamaged items.
We can not accept returns on opened items.
If your item is returned unopened and undamaged with original packaging within 15 days, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If accepted, we will refund the price of your returned item - not including shipping charges - less a 20% restocking fee.
Unfortunately we can not offer a refund after 15 days.
Exchange Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged you must contact The Nap Store within 15 days of receiving the item at your door to arrange an exchange.
If a defective item is returned within 15 days, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your exchange is approved or rejected.
If accepted, we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement item as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange after 15 days.
If your refund is approved we will process it to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
You are responsible for shipping return items back to The Nap Store. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund on an item, you will be refunded based on the cost of the item purchased only, not for any shipping charges.
You are responsible for the successful delivery of the returned item, and may wish to consider shipping insurance or tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to cancel your order you may submit a cancellation request within 3 hours from the time of your order. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We will do our best to process your cancellation, but can not guarantee that it will be canceled. We will inform you by email whether your order cancellation was successful.
If we are unable to cancel your order, please refer to the return policy.
